Tror du att casinot borde vara tydligt för alla? Alltid värd på samma server från Turkiet, samma källa som Mrsloty, Ares, Maximalwins, Rougecasino och och.....är samma brottslingar!!! Den som sätter in här får aldrig sina vinster!!!!

Ja, jag hade ett uttag på 300e 24casinobet, inget spelande med bonusar etc. och jag hade gjort allt enligt villkoren. Oväntat fick jag ingen återbetalning, casino.gurus klagomål fungerade inte och chatten anklagade mig och kallade mig ociviliserad (😂) när jag sa att ditt jäkt är en bluff.

Nu försöker de uppvakta mig för att spela på detta Magic Win-casino och jag märkte direkt att det här är samma företag, jag satte i chatten du är otroligt oförskämd 😂

Now they are trying to court me to play at this Magic Win casino and I immediately noticed that this is the same company, I put in the chat you are incredibly rude 😂

I have requested a withdrawal from Magicbet for the sum of £460.


After reading the majority of reviews and their support team not replying to my messages I am worried I will receive this.

If it's magicwin.bet you have zero chance of getting your withdrawal of £460. Was it winnings? How much did you deposit and what method did you use?

That’s not what I’d want to hear. Yeah it was winnings sportsbook related. I deposited £100 and was through VISA payment. Is there anything I can do?

The only thing you can do is contact your bank and ask them to begin a visa dispute on your behalf. Unfortunately this will only be for the £100 you deposited. You will not see your winnings as the website is a scam. They are unlicensed and unregulated and prey on UK people who have signed up to GAMSTOP.

Explain to your bank that they are clearly a scam. If they were a genuine gambling website then they would have processed your £100 deposit with the correct Visa Merchant Code of 7995, the code for all gambling transactions. I'm certain that they won't have used this code and have therefore committed a serious breach of Visa Codes and Conditions by miscoding transactions. The Visa dispute code that your bank should use is 13.5 misrepresentation, as after all the fraud/scam website are claiming to be a genuine casino when they aren't.

You can ask them for confirmation of processing the withdrawal but they will just keep palming you off. If you are looking to withdraw more than you have deposited in total then you have zero chance. They are a scam and may have paid you out a small withdrawal in the beginning if it was still your own money they were paying you back. They are NEVER going to pay you a penny of their own money. Remember if you want to at least get your £100 deposit back then you have a maximum of 120 days from the date of the transaction to do so. You will only be wasting your time and stress levels by continuing to chat with them. They are crooks who will keep telling you more and more lies which in turn will give you false hope. Their rating of 2.9/10 is 2.9 too many.

Hello,

I would say that chargeback should seem like the last option. Indeed, the casino does not look like a solid one, and you should avoid such sites in the future, on the other hand, it has only been a few days.

Try to stay calm and give it some time. Have you read that?:

"If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you."

Chargeback is your ONLY option.

They are an unlicensed/unregulated scam website and therefore their so-called Terms and Conditions aren't worth the paper they are written on. They will also just be a copy and paste job from another scam website.

Mrsloty has the exact same T&C's and they are also an unlicensed/unregulated fraud/scam website. Their score is 1.2/10 which again is 1.2 too high.

Below is the supposed contact number to contact magicwin.bet. It is also the same number for all of the below websites which are fraud/scam sites. The telephone number will take you to an online dating customer service center in the US if you are interested. Magicwin have been on the go since 2022 yet it says their T&C's were updated in 2020!!

Though I'm not here to decide whether the casino has done anything wrong (this is the purpose of complaints), I feel that those contacts may be useful shown visibly here on the forum. I thank you for your effort. 🙂

Little update on the withdrawal application. The status has changed from "awaiting" to "completed".

Not holding my breath but maybe just maybe I will receive some of my winnings.
