Hej, jag vill lämna in ett formellt klagomål mot detta casino, Mafia Casino. Jag är avstängd och har problem med spelandet. Casinot lät mig inte bara öppna kontot, utan jag insåg detta också och bad om att mitt konto skulle raderas. Jag sa till dem att jag är spelberoende och att de inte har stängt mitt konto. Därför kräver jag att de återbetalar mina 2 750 euro som jag satte in där på grund av mitt beroendeproblem.

Jag bad om det när jag registrerade mig och innan jag gjorde en insättning bad jag om att mitt konto skulle raderas och jag sa att jag är spelberoende. Det har hänt mig på andra webbplatser och kontot har raderats och blockerats omedelbart och fram tills nu har de fortfarande inte gjort det och de bryr sig inte ens om mig. Av den anledningen ber jag om återbetalning av alla pengar jag har satt in. Jag har alla meddelanden och e-postmeddelanden som bevisar det.

Mafia Casino does not respect responsible gaming principles. Not only do they not have any responsible gaming measures in place, but I have repeatedly written to them over the past few days asking to close my account and self-exclude, and they have yet to do so. Luckily I have enough self-control not to spend any more money, but by not adhering to their own terms and conditions (their website says they’ll close your account within 24 hours of receiving said request) they’re preying on vulnerable gamblers.

That must be really hard, for sure.

Hi! Thanks for your reply. Yes I told them from the very beginning that I have gambling issues, and repeated the same thing in everything interaction I had with them.

they emailed me saying they closed my account; but no mention of exclusion. When I try to log in to see if my account is still active it says it’s "under review". So yes, if you could please intervene I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Tack så mycket, men casinot skrev till mig för en vecka sedan och frågade om de stängde kontot trots allt, men de kommer inte att ge mig något tillbaka enligt deras policyer och lagar.

Mate, always check if there are self exclusion things available like deposit or session length limits, I have also learned this lesson paying dearly in other places. We must see joining a casino like entering a hornets nest, it can end well so long you wear the protection clothes, else you will be stung.
