Based on what you’re describing, you’ll probably have to wait until next week for your withdrawal limit to reset. If you’ve already withdrawn the maximum amount allowed for the week, you’ll need to wait until the limit resets before you can withdraw the remaining amount you mentioned.
For now, I think that’s the only thing you can really do, especially since you said your first withdrawal was processed without any problems.
