I can see that regarding verification, and from the screenshot you sent me, everything was basically accepted. And you are also saying that they told you that you are verified, but on the other hand they then said that your account is under some kind of check.
So maybe I would try to ask them whether this check is related to verification and whether they will require any additional documents, or if it is something else.
Did you play with a bonus or something like that, which is why they might need to check these kind of things? That is something that comes to mind when they say they need to review your profile.
