I hope your well no I definitely didn't play the funds as I have a screenshot of the money in the account just before I hit the cooling off period button so the story goes like this I deposited roughly $25k chasing my tail over the past few weeks I finally got a win (not on any bonuses) it was a clean win So I hit withdraw at $11,250.00 AUD I was made a VIP platinum about a week ago too so I was told there's faster withdrawals at the usual perks as a VIP if you send me your email I can forward the whole timeline of events to you where I'm told the money was approved and is being processed then another email comes after that saying for them to proceed I need to show proof of ownership of the account the money is going into and an old credit card which I did in order for them to send me the funds

after going back and forth 3 times it's approved then we need other documents then it's finally coming then they asked for source of income documents which I supplied an official government document stating that I received a $90k non taxable windfall

I was verified however once I tried to withdraw they told me I needed to supply more documents such as proof of ownership of the account the money was going into selfie of myself holding the ID and bank statement I was then told it was all set and then money was being processed I then got another email saying they wanted to know the source of income I have supplied proof of sources of income but they continue to ask for documents relating to several payments from friends and family for splitting bills and outings this is ridiculous I'm not going to involve them in such ridiculous asks it's been a week of false promises and questions

I totally understand that and don't have a problem giving those documents but you can't tell someone yes mate it's coming withing a few hours and then still asking for documents 7 days later? that's total rubbish hence why they have a safety score of below average

Yes, I completely agree with that. To me, it seems more like there isn't the best communication between departments. Of course, the live agent always tries to reassure the players as much as possible and so on, but sometimes sugarcoating things isn't the best approach, and I personally would like to know where I stand right from the start, rather than just hearing empty promises.

It's been 3 days since I said they were sending the money after many many emails they finally replied saying the payment was rejected I've got the bank dispute ready to be filed as I stand to get back more then the withdrawal so in actual fact the casino shoots themselves in the head .

I'm giving them another 48 hours and then I will dispute with my bank
