Very weird casino. If I hadn't received my first withdrawal I would say there is a chance they are a scam casino. However, they paid out the first withdrawal however haven't received the second one for 5days already, while they state they process the withdrawals in 24hours and sometimes because of some crypto wallets it can take up to 3 days. But the most worrying thing is after I requested the second withdrawal they started giving random excuses. At the beginning it was rejected and when I asked why they told me there were technical issues and I can request it again and everything would be fine. However, it was rejected the second time and they said try tomorrow. I did that but now it is stuck in pending mode and they started giving different excuses, they said they had to verify the wallet (whatever that means), but the thing is it is the same wallet and address as for my first withdrawal. After that when I requested for an update they randomly asked me if I verified the wallet. I explained that it is of course verified because I had to click confirmation link when I made the first withdrawal. And lastly after that email they replied once again that my transaction is being processed further by the finance department. So they are acting against their own rules where they say that the withdrawals are processed maximum within 3 days. And as I said before the most worrying thing is it looks they are simply lying or somebody who is replying to emails does not understand what is going on

From my recent experience, such extraordinariness occurs when the company trains new employees, for example 😀. It's not extra funny, it's just my memory.

I'm happy you managed to get the money since the casino is unlicensed which usually gives me the creeps.

Hello, I had the same situation as you man with this weird casino. Also, they blocked my account without any particular reason.


I won 4.9 eth - 0.5 eth was transferred to me. For others stuck for eternity. How sad it is. Customer support keep telling same things, technical issues, technical issues

I just want to get my funds which are stuck in pending mode and forget about this casino. To me it doesn't look like new employees training. Something is off here, maybe they are having cashflow issues or something like that.

I think they don't have money to transfer. I think they didn't even expect me to win almost 5 Ethereum. I don't know if I have a chance to receive my winning, but I have been informed about their activity everywhere. To their all affiliate partners to update their review if they will try to scam me.

look they keep telling the same things. In the beginning, it looked promising, but right now I think their tactic is to keep telling the same thing in order for a user to be disappointed and not expecting at all.
