This is quite an unusual situation, as I could say. May I ask how long are you waiting for those withdrawals to be approved? When was this mistake at Paypal fixed exactly?🤔
I also saw that you have successfully filed a complaint here, so I am sure that our team will have a better look into it and will try to get it solved.
In the meantime, please keep us informed about how it is going and if the casino is willing to resolve the issue.
