To me it seems, that evidences proving you were using multiple accounts in the past are strong. Therefore your complaint has been closed as unjustified. Hard to say if you can prove otherwise...

There's no process to get your money back when you clearly breach the casino's terms and conditions. Some terms and conditions are strange and possibly unfair towards players, but this isn't the case. You can't have multiple accounts in most of online casinos.
