Second, in order to pass the verification, they ask for a deposit of $20, not documents

Then I won $3000, then $30k.. wanted to cashout but got denied because I have to provide a $20 deposit...
Did not ask for any documents whatsoever.. just my name and bday...
Anyways I'm very leery about depositing here because I don't think I'll be be to withdraw my winnings...
Customer support dodges all my questions. Unless their simple questions... also I inquired about why they only have OLD pragmatic play games only? And according to their own site they've been in operation since 2017???

Scam big time! They asked me to deposit €50 for activation my account and €150 more for the withdraw. Proper thieves and fraud as it is..
Are we talking about this same casino that the players mention? I'd say that's not a normal thing to do and I certainly wouldn't do it. The verification deposit is probably the only one the casino usually asks for, and €200 just to make a withdrawal is too much. I would probably open a complaint and our team will try to help if possible.

Yes. We are talking about the same casino. I have done researching.. Gambler Monster is not registered anymore.. 
their licence officially expired 1. November 2024.
From what I saw on the website it looks like a fake license. But I would still try to file a complaint. I don't know how it will turn out and I've seen that we already have a casino in our system and its safety index is probably not the best.
