First of all I will say, good on you for admitting this.

That is the hardest bit. I was in denial for many many years. Lost untold amounts of money and the biggest loss of all was the time I lost doing it.

There is no magic potion to stop yourself but with time away from gambling and focusing on finding yourself then the recovery is possible.

Ive had quick read of your posts on other threads. One thing I will say is not to try to recover your losses and make that your mission.

The money is gone. Hard as this is to accept.

Hej allihopa, i mitt fall har det varit en väldigt lång resa sedan jag erkände mitt spelberoende. Vissa operatörer fortsatte, trots att de tydligt hade sagt till dem, att skicka mig bonusar och kampanjer. Trots att jag själv fick återfall, var det inte så länge sedan jag spelade mitt senaste snurr, men jag känner att jag kan komma tillbaka på rätt spår och börja om. Det är svårt att omkalibrera hjärnan när den har varit utsatt för spelande så länge, men även om det är svårt är det inte alls omöjligt.

Jag uppmuntrar er alla som är, eller har varit, i en stund som denna. Det är möjligt och det är värt det. Om det inte är roligt är det inte längre en lek.

I know it's not the easiest path, but as you say, it's not impossible. However, it takes a lot of determination, inner strength, and people who support you. 

I believe and hope that everyone, including you, will manage it and will one day be able to say that they have overcome it and have everything under control.

Det skulle vara fantastiskt att hitta en app som inte kunde raderas och som blockerade alla typer av kasinon/spel. På Android, om du går in i felsäkert läge, kan du radera alla de jag har provat. Det är synd eftersom det skulle vara till stor hjälp för många.

Ursäkta, jag förklarade mig nog inte bra, jag menar att när man sätter telefonen i felsäkert läge på sin Android-enhet (jag vet inte hur det är med iOS) så kan man ta bort appen, för mig är det en stor brist.

To be honest, I don't know what safe mode is on a mobile phone, I've never come across it. So, can't you turn it off somehow so that you don't get into safe mode and can't delete the app? 

Det är väldigt svårt att inaktivera felsäkert läge på en mobiltelefon eftersom det låter dig felsöka fel vid appfel, det tjänar också till att diagnostisera, inaktivera appar etc. Det är praktiskt taget omöjligt för en genomsnittlig användare att inaktivera den här funktionen på sin telefon.

I understand, then it must be difficult for BetBlocker to remain as a mobile app.

It might be a good idea to seek some help if you think it could help. Reaching out to someone is not a bad thing at all, and in many cases it can have a positive effect.
