Rainbet 2.1M$ lost in 4hours

Hi,

I lost about $2.1M on Rainbet in ~4 hours during a very difficult personal situation (recent death of a close family member).

I made around 20 deposits in a very short time, while in a really bad mental state. I wasn’t thinking clearly and kept re-depositing to try to recover losses.

This situation has completely destroyed my life, and I’m trying to see if there is any realistic recourse at this point.

They’ve offered me 10% of my losses back, but I’m wondering if anything more is possible.

Context:

• very fast loss (4 hours)

• repeated deposits in short window

• emotional distress / bereavement

• previous self-exclusion on a related account (same depo adress can be identified)

Is there any real path to escalate this, or is this basically the end of it?

Not looking for judgment, just practical advice.

First, I would like to ask about the previous account, if I may: Does it actually mean that you already had an account at this site, which you closed due to gambling addiction, or did I misunderstand it?
