I wanted to selfexclude me from Casino loots and needed to fill in a whole form with info. I did that but it wasnt enough. They didnt selfexclude me.

Hi, I'm sorry they don't want to self-exclude you. So you're saying you filled out the form, but nothing happened. Did you contact them again to ask them to explain why nothing happened? How long has it been since you wanted to self-exclude?
