I still can’t understand how they confiscate any winnings that happened before the rules breech. I have also had them take one amount of money for breaking the rules then I followed the rules that I was now aware of and then went to take a withdrawal and they took that money also. What is the time frame for punishment. Doesn’t seem very fair that they can confiscate in perpetuity

That's the part I've never fully understood either. If a site determines that a specific withdrawal or bonus was obtained through a rules violation, that's one thing. But confiscating winnings that were earned afterward, especially once the player is aware of the rule and starts complying with it, feels much harder to justify from a fairness perspective.

In most cases, based on my own experience and what I’ve seen and heard from players, the confiscation of funds applies to the entire balance. So if you’ve violated a rule, you’ve usually cheated, meaning the funds aren’t split up among your balances. Of course, there’s probably a difference between doing it intentionally and not. On the other hand, they say ignorance is no excuse, so you should always check the Terms and Conditions to make sure you’re not breaking any rules. If there’s something you don’t know, it’s better to ask so you can avoid similar situations.
